About the role
Overview
Verhees Textiles is a leading textile importer with over 45 years of experience, specializing in standard qualities, fashion fabrics, decorative fabrics, and children's fabrics. We are seeking a creative and passionate Product Stylist to join our dynamic team and help shape our textile collections.
Responsibilities
Spot and analyze current trends in colors, designs, and materials for children's and women's fashion
Translate trend insights into new print ideas that align with our collection and customer preferences
Analyze previous print collection sales data to identify successful patterns and opportunities for innovation
Create unique and surprising color combinations for designs
Prepare strike-off requests for international suppliers
Collaborate with team members to review samples, place orders, and coordinate daily tasks
Requirements
MBO/HBO level education with a creative fashion or graphic design background
Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
Strong sense of fashion, color trends, and commercial insight
Textile knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
