Angro is a successful, growing Dutch family business, and its design team is expanding. The company is looking for an experienced Fashion Designer who is creative and ready for a new challenge.
In this role you turn trends into a commercial, fashionable collection that fits Angro's known look and its production possibilities. You design client-focused assignments by getting into each client's target group, and you guide the full sample approval process with your technical knowledge. You also stay close to the market, following fashion trends through trade fairs, shopping, magazines, trade literature and the internet.

What you'll do
- Create trend boards and color cards
- Design a commercial, fashionable collection that fits Angro's known look and production possibilities
- Design client-focused assignments by getting into the client's target group and making fitting, creative designs
- Guide the entire sample approval process with content knowledge
- Follow fashion trends and market developments through trade fairs, shopping, magazines, trade literature and the internet
- Think along on the possible development of services, processes and quality within the department
What you'll bring
- HBO-level working and thinking, for example a degree from an art academy, the AMFI fashion academy or something similar
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Technical knowledge of materials, production possibilities and size specifications
- Strong command of Dutch and English in word and writing
