Responsibilities
Design and update store layouts, window displays, and fixture placement plans with a focus on factory-outlet locations
Create comprehensive visual merchandising toolkits for seasonal product launches and marketing campaigns
Coordinate point-of-sale material distribution across multiple European regions and store formats
Train and coach store teams and district managers through in-store visits to elevate visual merchandising standards
Support showroom setups and go-to-market events to showcase seasonal collections effectively
Ensure brand consistency across diverse store formats including full-price stores, outlets, and franchise locations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual merchandising strategies with marketing initiatives
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within fashion or sports retail
Strong PowerPoint skills and basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Fluent English language skills, with French, German, or Spanish as an advantage
Excellent organizational abilities and proactive work approach
Strong communication skills with a hands-on mentality for training and coaching
