Sustainability & Compliance Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Sustainability & Compliance Specialist to join our client's manufacturing/textile organization. This role is critical to our sustainability office, playing a central operational role in managing compliance, worker documentation, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and relationships with external clients and workers, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

• Monitor deadlines and worker-related compliance requirements, including tracking non-conformities from audits and document verifications

• Periodically update worker documentation, including self-assessment forms, safety documentation, and mandatory certification tracking

• Manage and maintain web platform for external worker monitoring

• Support internal and client audit and monitoring activities

• Collect and process data for environmental analysis and statistics

• Interact consistently with various company departments on sustainability, compliance, and worker-related topics

• Support data collection for sustainability projects like Carbon Footprint and CDP reporting

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Safety, Sustainability, Quality, or Compliance roles

• Educational background in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Quality, or Compliance

• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple company departments

• Excellent English language skills

• High level of precision and structured work approach
