Customers sit at the centre of everything Love Stories does. The Customer Service team makes sure every question, order and concern is handled with care, and we are looking for someone to lead that experience day to day.
As E-Commerce Customer Service Lead, you will be the main point of contact for our online customers. You own how the function runs, with support from an additional team member, and report directly to the Head of E-Commerce.

What you'll do
- Be the main point of contact for E-Commerce customers across email, live chat, WhatsApp and phone
- Lead resolution of order-related incidents, including complex and escalated cases
- Own the returns and refunds process
- Act as the go-to contact for logistics partners and carriers when fulfilment issues come up
- Own the helpdesk setup and workflows and keep improving how the team works
- Work closely with warehouse and operations on recurring issues
- Turn what you see day to day into insights the business can act on
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in customer service, ideally in digital fashion, retail or e-commerce, including experience owning a process or a tool
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Proven experience with a helpdesk platform such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar tools
- Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken
- A problem-solving mindset that builds better processes, not just workarounds
- A solid technical understanding of order fulfilment and logistics systems
- Comfort working with external partners and other teams
- A sense of ownership and the ability to move quickly when something needs attention
- Flexibility for occasional weekends or extra hours during busy periods, always in consultation and compensated
