Love Stories Intimates puts customers at the centre of everything it does. Its Customer Service team makes sure every question, order and concern is handled with care, and this part-time, onsite role in Amsterdam is the hands-on support that experience runs on day to day.
You will be the first point of contact for E-Commerce customers, handling questions and issues across email, live chat, WhatsApp and phone. You report to the E-Commerce Customer Service Lead and work closely with the wider E-Commerce team, turning everyday care into a smoother shopping experience.
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for E-Commerce customers across email, live chat, WhatsApp and phone
- Resolve day-to-day order-related questions and issues, escalating complex or unresolved cases to the E-Commerce Customer Service Lead
- Process returns and refunds
- Support investigations with logistics partners and carriers to resolve fulfilment-related issues
- Spot patterns in what customers ask or run into, and share them with the team
What you'll bring
- At least one year in customer service, ideally in digital fashion, retail or e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken
- A problem-solving, solution-focused mindset
- A good understanding of order fulfilment systems
- The ability to spot issues and react quickly
- Openness to occasionally working weekends or extra hours during busy periods
