Help build outerwear that performs, from first idea to final delivery. At Just Brands we build menswear brands with character. PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard each have their own voice, their own audience and their own place in the market.
In outerwear, strong product needs more than a good idea. It needs sharp product development, solid supplier management, smart buying decisions and a clear grip on quality, timing and margin. Every detail matters: construction, fit, fabric, trims, costing, production planning and delivery. When the process runs well, collections land stronger, margins stay healthier and the business performs better.

What you'll do
- Manage assigned outerwear styles from development through production
- Support costing, price negotiations and margin follow-up
- Coordinate with suppliers to keep timelines, quality and delivery targets on track
- Monitor the critical path and solve bottlenecks before they become delays
- Work closely with Design, Sourcing, Buying and Logistics to keep execution smooth
- Review samples and product details with a strong eye for construction, fit and quality
- Contribute to improvements in product quality, supplier execution and sustainability
- Translate product ideas into commercial outerwear ready for the market
What you'll bring
- Several years of experience in product development and/or buying within fashion
- Strong technical understanding of outerwear construction, fabrics, trims and materials
- Experience working with suppliers and managing development or production follow-up
- Commercial awareness of costing, price negotiations and margin impact
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, samples and production calendars
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
- Experience in menswear, outerwear or commercially driven fashion as a strong plus
