Stichd is looking for a Junior Product Developer to support the development team in taking new collections from design to final sales samples. You will assist during proto sampling and help make collections production ready on deadline, across quality, fit, colour, price, sustainability, brand identity and sampling. It is a hands-on junior role with room to learn the full development cycle.
You will be based in Den Bosch on a hybrid schedule: three days in the office, two days at home. This is a full-time position with salary not disclosed. Applications run through the Puma Workday careers page.
What you'll do
- Support the process of developing new products from design to final sales samples
- Keep every functional development step 100% correct and complete
- Ensure quality, execution and target price meet market and Stichd standards
- Liaise with the Bodywear, Swimwear and Legwear (Senior) developers to keep timelines met, systems maintained and meeting prep executed
- Monitor the product development process of assigned products across the product life cycle, balancing price and quality to Stichd standards
- Contact suppliers and coordinate within Stichd, working closely with Product Design, Product Management and Supply Planning
- Support the handover of collections to the quality team
- Support the Development team with other supporting activities and system work
What you'll bring
- Recognized degree, college or Bachelor in Fashion or Textile
- 0-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with global fashion, sports or lifestyle brands, or internship experience
- English proficiency
- Technical knowledge, an eye for detail, and a structured, organized approach
- Based in Den Bosch (no remote work from other countries)
- Legal right to work in the Netherlands (no work or residence permits applied for)
